Education

I earned a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from East Tennessee State University and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bowie State University.

Experience

I have been providing clinical mental health services since 2018. My experiences include working in mental health rehabilitation centers for youth with non-profit organizations, and working for acute hospitalizations for evaluations to inpatient admission, providing individual, group, and family therapies in facilities and outpatient settings. I have special interests in trauma work and brain spotting.

 

Philosophy of Practice

I am passionate about the being a part of people's growth process and being a part of one’s healing journey. Managing life's challenges and transitions can be difficult and I am glad that you are here seeking help instead of struggling alone. I believe healing, self exploration, and evolving  requires a  commitment to becoming the best version of oneself and the rewards can last a lifetime!
