Experience
I have been working in the field of Social Work since 2007. Much of my previous work experience is with the medical field and services for aging adults. During my time in the field of Clinical Social Work I have taken an interest with addressing life changes, medical traumas, chronic health concerns, anxiety, personality disorders, and end of life needs.
Professional Contributions
I am an accredited Case Manager. My yoga teacher certifications are in general studies as well as Social Justice. I regularly engage with continuing educational trainings. Most recently I have engaged with trauma and chronic stress training. I am currently working toward a certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Philosophy of Practice
My practice is built from many diverse experiences and a commitment to understanding the uniqueness of each person I work with. I approach each client with eagerness to connect and contribute positively to their journey.
Throughout my career, I have worked with people in all phases of life and experiences. These experiences have shaped my empathy and understanding of the importance of embracing change. I believe that every challenge is an opportunity for growth, and I strive to view every obstacle as a stepping stone toward greater understanding and self-discovery.
My passion lies in supporting others as they navigate their own life challenges. Whether it's through teaching, providing support, or simply being a compassionate listener, I find fulfillment in helping others uncover their strengths and potential. I am deeply committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued.
In my spare time, I enjoy exploring nature, immersing myself in a knitting project, or practicing mindfulness. These activities not only enrich my life but also provide me with the clarity and calmness needed to be present for myself and others.
Ultimately, my goal is to create a supportive and encouraging space for each client while fostering a sense of community and belonging. I believe that together, we can navigate life's ups and downs with grace and courage, learning from each experience and emerging stronger than before. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey.
